Saba Rewards Loyalty Programme – Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By accessing or using this promotional programme, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions described in and all terms and conditions incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, please do not participate in this programme.
Your participation in the Saba Rewards loyalty programme, confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions and any such changes or modifications; therefore, you should review these terms and conditions and applicable policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to Saba Rewards. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you must stop participating in Saba Rewards. You must be a resident of Ireland and at least sixteen (16) years old to participate in the Saba To Go’s Saba Rewards loyalty programme. This programme is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This programme is not targeted toward, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 16.
Overview of Saba Rewards
If you are a new customer to Saba To Go; to enroll in Saba Rewards and begin participating in the programme, you can go to www.sabatogo.com, click the order now button, enter your address and select the Saba To Go store of choice, you will then need to register an account. Be sure to tick the OPT IN box to join Saba Rewards. You can also download our Saba Rewards app and sign up to our online ordering system.
If you already have an online Saba To Go account through www.sabatogo.com or our Saba Rewards app go to ‘YOUR REWARDS’ and tick ‘OPT IN TO SABA REWARDS’ to activate the rewards programme you will need to tick the opt in box and press save. You can also download the ‘SabaRewards’ mobile app to your Android™ or iPhone® device. Follow the guidelines to create a profile and register a digital Saba Rewards Account. To create a profile, you will need to provide your name, phone number and email address.
Saba Rewards is a programme used to reward and thank loyal customers for ordering online from Saba To Go locations.
Saba Rewards can be used online from the following Saba To Go stores and Saba Restaurants through the Saba Rewards App or www.sabatogo.com:

It is important to note that phone orders, walk-in orders, and dine in orders at Saba Restaurants are not eligible for stamps. Stamps can be accumulated through our online ordering system and the Saba Rewards app when you order food over €15.
Saba Rewards customers earn one stamp per order over €15 on their food bill, alcohol purchases are not included in the loyalty stamp reward programme.
Members of Saba Rewards earn a stamp for every food order over €15. You will receive a free reward on every 4th order placed. Customers can accumulate a maximum of 12 stamps and when you have availed of your rewards you can begin to collect stamps again to claim more rewards!
You may opt-out of the Rewards Programme through www.sabatogo.com and go to ‘YOUR ACCOUNT’ and click opt out of the Saba Rewards and email programme. Once you have opted out of Saba Rewards, you may not earn additional Stamps in your Saba Rewards Programme Account, outstanding Rewards in your Rewards Programme Account will expire after 12 months. Stamps do not disappear automatically, they expire after 12 months from the last order, if you would like to reactivate your rewards account you can simply tick the Opt in to Saba Rewards and Email box in your account.
To fully delete your account on the Saba To Go ordering platform, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be deactivated.
Please note that the minimum spend to earn a Saba Rewards stamp is €15 on your food bill. Alcohol purchases are not included in our loyalty rewards programme due to the government regulations on the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2021.
Saba To Go may, from time to time, email or text through push notifications in the app certain promotional offers (“Promotional Offer(s)”) to your Saba Rewards account. Promotional offers will be subject to the terms and conditions of each respective promotional offer, including, without limitation, qualifying purchases and applicable expiration dates.
Redemption of Rewards
To redeem Saba Rewards stamps you need to place a food order of €15 or more. Customers can accumulate a maximum of 12 stamps.
The first 4 stamps earn you a free dessert (brownie or chocolate mousse). You redeem your free dessert by using LOYALTY4 in the coupon code section in your basket. Please make sure to add one of the mentioned desserts above to your order to receive your free reward.
The 8th stamp earns you a free appetiser (Por Pia Thod or veg parcels). You redeem your free appetiser by using LOYALTY8 in the coupon code section in your basket. Please make sure to add one of the mentioned appetisers above to your order to receive your free reward.
The 12th stamp earns you a free noodle dish (any noodle dish). You redeem your free main noodle dish by adding it to the basket. Please make sure to add one of the mentioned main dishes above to your order to receive your free reward. This dish will automatically be discounted from your total bil at the checkout stagel.
It is only possible to use one reward at a time, rewards cannot be stacked to avail of a bigger offer. Rewards must be used before the next reward is earned, if not used it will be lost. Rewards are earned on your 4th, 8th and 12th order.
For example, you must claim your 1st reward before reaching your 8th stamp. With your 8th stamp, you have earned your second reward. This reward must be claimed before reaching your 12th stamp.
Expiration of Rewards
Rewards shall expire 12 months from the time of your last order if not redeemed. Please note stamps have no cash value and you will need to enter the loyalty codes on your 4th and 8th order to redeem a Saba Reward on your 12th order you will need to add a noodle dish of choice into your basket and it will then automatically be discounted.
Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
Amendments and Termination of the Rewards Programme
Saba To Go has the right at any time, with or without giving you prior notice, to:
- Change, modify and/or end or cancel Saba Rewards and/or any specific reward
- Change any reward or other Saba Rewards benefit we offer
- Change the requirements for earning a particular reward
- Change the time you have in which to earn a particular reward
- Change any other feature of Saba Rewards; and/or
- Suspend or terminate any Saba Rewards account and/or your participation in Saba Rewards.
- Any changes or modifications are effective immediately upon posting to the www.sabatogo.com website, and/or, Saba Rewards application. Your continued use of Saba Rewards confirms your acceptance of these changes
- Terms and conditions, and any subsequent changes or modifications. For that reason, you should review the Saba Rewards terms and conditions frequently to understand the applicable terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the Saba Rewards terms and conditions, you should stop participating in the programme
- If we end Saba Rewards, rewards you have earned but not used will expire on the end date, and you may not redeem any rewards or use any stamps after the end date.
General Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions
Your Saba Rewards account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with family, friends or others, or be used for commercial purposes. You may have only one (1) Saba Rewards account.
As a part of Saba Rewards, Saba To Go will send you transactional, informational, promotional messages and/or offers. These communications may happen in the form of push notifications through the app, email, and/or any other ways you may have selected when you signed up for Saba Rewards. If your contact information changes, or if you wish to change your contact information or the method by which we send you messages, please log into your Saba To Go account and update your contact information or preferences.
